Dr. Jamie Ho, a local neurodevelopmental optometrist, will be our professional guest Monday night. Dr. Ho treats children and adults not only with vision problems, but attention problems as well. She will lead an exercise to help us understand what open awareness is.

To participate in the exercise, please bring a pair of distance glasses. Sunglasses will work if you don’t have regular distance glasses. Reading glasses won’t work for this exercise.

Please make an effort to be on time or early to get the most out of the meeting. It will be fun, and we will learn something useful!
