The Brentwood Library – Book Signing and Talk

March 28, 2016 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Is ADHD a curse or a blessing – or a neurological difference that you can thrive with? Join us for a conversation about using abilities and living skillfully with ADHD as opposed to just coping. It is not about overcoming a problem, but living mindfully and competently, and making the best od your creative potential.

Terry M. Huff, LCSW is a psychotherapist in the Nashville, TN area. He is the founder of ADDNashville, a support group for adults with ADHD. For more information about Mr. Huff visit terrymhuff.com.

Mr. Huff will have copies of his book for sale after the discussion.
