ADHD and Marriage Workshop on October 30, 2021 - $60

This workshop for couples is designed to strengthen your partnership by understanding the ADHD difference, how it affects both partners, and how you can help each other live skillfully with it. The most effective partners embrace the realities of ADHD, substitute productive habits for destructive ones, accept normal discomfort in conflicts, respect the other partner, and share responsibility for the partnership.
